The Product Design department oversees the entire product development process or upgrades the existing product designs. By identifying and characterizing the issues, we design solutions scaling from technical to human-centered methods.
The Web Product Team oversees nordaccount.com, which is a space for our users to authorize their account, manage and control their subscriptions of NordVPN & other cyber security products from our portfolio.
As a UX Writer, you will play a crucial role in crafting clear, engaging, and user-centered copy for our nordaccount.com. You will work closely with product designers, product owners, and developers to ensure that our product communication is seamless, intuitive, and aligned with our brand voice.
Main Responsibilities
- Create user-friendly and engaging content for nordaccount.com user flows;
- Work closely with product designers, product owners, and developers to understand user needs and product goals;
- Ensure all web product content is consistent with the overall brand voice and style guidelines;
- Participate in usability testing to assess the effectiveness of the content and make necessary adjustments;
- Maintain detailed content documentation and guidelines to support the team and ensure consistency across all products.
Core Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a UX Writer or similar role, preferably within a digital product environment;
- Strong writing skills with a focus on clarity, conciseness, and user-centered design;
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma;
- Research: Experience in conducting user research and applying insights to improve content strategy;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team;
- Keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work;
- Native-level English;
- Active interest in technology and innovation;
- Bonus: Portfolio of content writing work.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 2650 - 4300 EUR/Month.
