We’re looking for a Mid/Senior UI/UX Designer to join our UI/UX Department and collaborate with Artists, Game Designers, and Developers. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of game genres, platforms, and audiences, helping to shape immersive and intuitive player experiences through top-tier UI/UX design.

What you will do
- Design engaging and intuitive UI/UX solutions that align with client visions and industry standards.
- Translate concepts into User Flows, Wireframes, and UI Mockups to support product definition and development.
- Identify UI/UX challenges and create data-driven design solutions to enhance usability and engagement.
- Create UI Kits and High-Fidelity designs to be implemented on engine.
- Collaborate closely with Game Designers to deliver best-in-class UX.
- Optimize interfaces using player feedback, metrics, and KPIs.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across departments.
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX Design for games.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Expert knowledge in Photoshop and Figma.
- Ability to design UI/UX for various game genres and audiences.
- Solid understanding of UX Design, including Competitor Analysis, User Flows, Affinity Maps, and Mid-Fidelity Wireframes.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Experience working closely with Art and Programming teams.
- Deep knowledge of gaming industry trends across PC, Console, and Mobile.
- Proactive, adaptable, and self-driven with a passion for delivering high-quality work.
Desirable Pluses
- Experience working with Unity and/or Unreal Engine.
- Motion Design skills (After Effects, Animate, Rive).
- Illustration skills.
