Mid-Senior UX Writer (Apps Team)

The Product Design department oversees the entire product development process or upgrades the existing product designs. By identifying and characterizing the issues, we design solutions scaling from technical to human-centered methods.

Main Responsibilities

• Create user-friendly and engaging content for NordVPN app user flows;
• Collaborate with product designers, product owners, and UX researchers to understand user needs and product goals;
• Ensure all app content is consistent with the overall brand voice and style guidelines;
• Participate in usability testing to assess the effectiveness of the content and make necessary adjustments;
• Analyze current app patterns and flows, identify content flaws, and devise the most suitable solutions and improvement plans;
• Deliver proposals for improvement of user experience based on data insights & users’ feedback;
• Maintain UX writing documentation and style guidelines;
• Oversee the end-to-end quality and consistency of written content across the product;
• Support & mentor junior UX writers, fostering their growth and development.

Core Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a UX writer or in a comparable role, ideally within a digital product setting;
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear and concise content for a diverse audience;
• In-depth understanding of user-centered design principles with a demonstrated ability to incorporate them into UX writing;
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma;
• Experience using user research insights to refine content strategies;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work efficiently within cross-functional teams;
• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality work;
• Solid problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making;
• Native-level English;
• Active interest in technology and innovation.

Salary Range

• Gross salary 2650 - 4300 EUR/Month.
