We’re looking for a Product Owner to lead our internal A/B Testing Platform team within the web development group, driving innovation and experimentation on our web platform. In this role, you'll lead the development of cutting-edge A/B testing tools, generating new ideas to solve challenges and improve user experiences. Your focus will be on advancing our testing capabilities and shaping the future of our web platform through creative problem-solving and data-driven experimentation strategies.
Main Responsibilities
- Partner with product, design, and engineering professionals to build and lead the A/B testing platform;
- Take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from initial concept to release and beyond. Guide the process from idea generation to detailed user stories, continuously tracking and responding to its impact on the company's objectives.
- Drive the growth of the product within the organization, with key stakeholders being other business, product and engineering managers within the Nord Security group.
- Collaborate closely with analysts and the data team to ensure stakeholders have strong confidence in experiment results;
Core Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with A/B testing platforms or analyzing experiment outcomes.
- Proficient in data analysis and analytical tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power-BI, and Big Query.
- Hands-on experience with Google products infrastructure and Google Analytics data model.
- Team player, inquisitive, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting.
- Self-driven and organized, with a strong desire to learn.
- Excellent communication skills: adept at presenting ideas, facilitating discussions, reaching consensus, and updating on progress.
- Ability to deliver analysis and insights clearly and effectively to the team and stakeholders.
Salary Range
- Monthly gross salary from 4630 - 5620 EUR.
