業務内容
- セールスチームと協力して、Datadogの全体的な価値提案、ビジョン、戦略をお客様に説明する
- 常に新しい技術を学び、競争力のある知識、技術力、信頼性を構築する
- 潜在的なお客様に対して製品および技術ブリーフィング／プレゼンテーションを提供する
- 製品のフィードバックや競合状況に関して、お客様およびDatadogのビジネス／技術チームと積極的に連携し、コミュニケーションを取る
- 製品の導入をお手伝いし、問題解決のサポートをする
- プリセールス• ライフサイクルの中で、様々な技術的課題に対してクリエイティブに考える
求める経験• スキル
- DevOpsモニタリングまたはアーキテクチャツールの知識と経験がある
- AWS、Azure、またはGCPのご経験がある方
- DockerやKubernetesなどのコンテナ技術に関するご経験がある方
- 顧客や社内チームに対して、技術的なプレゼンテーションやデモを問題なく行うができる
- さまざまな課題に対して創造的に考えることができる
- システム管理の経験がある方（WindowsまたはLinux）
