About this role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Mid-Market Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new mid-market customers. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, understanding prospect's needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive value.

This is a high-impact role in which you’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to shape ReflexAI's future in the mid-market segment. You will report directly to the Head of Sales and play a key part in achieving revenue goals. 

 

What you’ll do

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Identify and target key decision-makers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of ReflexAI’s offerings to articulate value propositions tailored to customer needs effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive retention and expansion opportunities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
  • Leverage CRM tools (HubSpot) to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and maintain updated records.
  • Represent ReflexAI at industry events, conferences, and webinars as needed.

Requirements for a great fit

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS, AI, or tech industries.
  • 3+ years of experience in an Account Executive or similar role, selling to mid-market clients.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer challenges and align solutions effectively.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Self-starter mentality with a focus on results and accountability.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML or enterprise software is a plus.
