Key Responsibilities:

Solution Development & Configuration: Design, develop, and configure solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and processes.

Collaboration & Requirements Analysis: Partner with internal stakeholders to analyze project objectives, define capability requirements, and develop specifications for user interfaces, customized applications, and Salesforce integrations.

System Administration & Maintenance: Provide comprehensive system administration support, including user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow management for customized applications.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the SCRUM team, including pre-sprint technical design and grooming activities.

Quality Assurance & Best Practices: Ensure all developed solutions adhere to industry best practices, WEX standards, and compliance requirements. Conduct thorough testing and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Production Support & Issue Resolution: Engage with production support staff to resolve critical and chronic production issues, ensuring system stability and performance.

Cross-Functional Testing: Participate in testing other developer stories to support the Integrated Engineering model and maintain a high standard of software quality.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related technical field.

Experience designing and developing enterprise CRM/Salesforce.com solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, triggers, and workflows.

Experience with web services (SOAP or REST).

Strong software architecture, design, and problem-solving skills.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce Certified Developer and/or Administrator certifications.

Experience with DevOps tools and processes in a cloud environment.

Experience working in highly transactional, e-commerce, or finance-related industries.

Advanced experience with Salesforce integration techniques and ETL frameworks.

Experience with credit bureau integration.

Proficiency in building Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
