You will be responsible for:

• Analyze, draft and negotiate agreements on various themes, with EBANX's merchants, partners, clients and others; covering a broad scope of legal specialties;
• To provide a high-quality legal service to all internal clients;
• Establishing what needs to be done to solve an internal client’s problems as soon as possible;
• To participate in the growth and development of the area;
• Advise on legal matters, covering a broad scope of legal specialties, such as general civil/contract law, international negotiations, and others;
• Support management with strategic data and information;
• Draw up contracts and other legal documents.

Main requirements for this position:

• Experience as a Lawyer;
• Experience on contracts and consulting, either in law firms or in-house;
• Advanced English and Spanish.

What would be a plus?

• Proficiency in some of the following areas: general payment agreements, intellectual property, private international law, LGPD;
• Data-driven analysis skills;
• Strategic approach to agreements;
• Teamwork as a main value;
• Ability to work in tight deadlines, without damage to the technical quality;
• Mandarin is highly valued.
