This position requires strong testing skills and coordination of a diverse team for Dynamics 365 CRM applications across our global IT model. It offers opportunities for professional growth and emphasizes problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration, contributing to meaningful projects focused on operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:

  • Test entity customization, form design, views, business process flows, Power Automate, Logic Apps, workflow
  • Create strategic test plans, use cases and test plans, to support the full testing lifecycle of a CRM based project
  • Customize Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and supporting real-time, bi-directional data synchronization between CRM and Microsoft Office products.
  • Plan and coordinate testing activities (Functional, Regression, Data, integration, end to end, UAT, etc) across multiple teams
  • Coordinate defects across teams (application, data, integration, etc)
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive business requirements validation
  • Create end-to-end testing strategies across multiple systems/platforms including MSFT Dynamics, multiple integrations with other systems/applications

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT & Science or a closely related field (required)

Technical Competence & Skills:

  • Demonstrated technical and analyst skills on prior Microsoft Dynamics projects and implementations.
  • Over 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development, including at least 3 years focused on delivering modules such as Customer Service, Sales, and Field Service, along with proficiency in Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) and continuous integration with Azure, Office 365, and MS Teams.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Services (Azure Open AI, Azure AI Content Safety, Azure ML)

Relevant Experience:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in MS Dynamics 365 testing for enterprise level implementations
  • Experience planning, creating and automating test cases in software solution such as Selenium, Smart bear, Playwright, Test Anywhere.
  • Possess a tenacious, "Can Do" attitude

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
