We are seeking an experienced and talented D365 CE Developer with a strong focus on complex Flows, Plugins, and JavaScript to join our team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for the development, customization, and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) applications, ensuring that the solutions meet business requirements and technical specifications. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and implement complex workflows and business process flows using Power Automate (Flows) and custom plugins in D365 CE. 
• Develop and optimize JavaScript code for custom client-side functionality within D365 CE.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and services, ensuring data consistency and seamless process flows. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plugins, flows, and JavaScript. 
• Work closely with functional and technical teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and support for D365 CE customizations. 
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Dynamics 365 CE and related technologies. 

• 3+ years of experience 
• Proven experience in developing solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, including Flows, Plugins, and JavaScript. 
• In-depth knowledge of Power Automate (Flows) and its capabilities for complex automation. 
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and its application within D365 CE. 
• Experience with custom plugin development using C# in the context of D365 CE. 
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 CE data model and entities. 
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with D365 CE customization. 
• Familiarity with integrations between D365 CE and other Microsoft technologies (Power Apps, Power BI, etc.) is a plus. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
• Based in the EU.
