- Provide high-level coordination, administrative and analytical support to the project team implementing Microsoft Dynamics D365
- Provide support in all PM admin tasks associated with Project Initiation, Status reporting, and tracking of project progress
- Work with Project PM to assist with planning and execution of tasks and updates needed for project planning, milestones and deliverable tracking, etc
- Help with all reporting associated to execution, burn rate, resource allocation and coordination across all project phases
- Assist with other admin tasks as needed

- Communicating over the phone, email, and in person
- Working on an individual level and as part of team
- Providing coordination on multiple concurrent projects
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- An understand of planning based on deadlines
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations a strong bonus
