Arbour Group (a Cencora PharmaLex company) one of the leading global providers of digital compliance products and services for the life sciences industry, is looking for a full-time D365 Functional Consultant who will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Project set-up and maintenance within MS Dynamics 365 operations:
- Prepare project structure, financial dimensions, work breakdown schedule, team assembly, and resource allocation, including initial set-up and/or revision of project information.
- Sets sales price for service subscriptions, time and materials, fees, and expense transactions.
- Prepares journals for hours, items, subscription fees, and expense transactions.
- Creates budget and tracks hours and costs.
- Liaises with project managers for reconciliation of actual project transactions with system-generated transactions for the completion of all project information.
- Prepares customer invoices, including:
- Adjustment of posted transactions
- Completion of all transactions related to the project
- Preparation of invoice proposal
- Supports the project management team and invoicing team to ensure a fully functioning ERP system and for other system functionalities assigned.
- Works together with the System Support Team for system-related concerns and resolutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Certificate in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Must be a resident of the Philippines
