Position Summary
Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion, with specific focus on Quality Assurance projects for the core administrative system for the Resources for Living business. Uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, risks and changes. Manages projects to ensure on-time completion. Communicates status to leadership.
What you will do
- Implement and enforce quality control processes to identify and resolve any deviations or deficiencies within end to end administration application.
- Develop project plans and team member assignments, define specific deliverables and deadlines, and establish project milestones.
- Identify project risks and issues, develop risk mitigation strategies, and establish contingency plans.
- Prepare and deliver project progress reports, highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Develop change management plans and strategies to minimize resistance and ensure successful adoption.
- Conduct project post-mortems to capture and apply lessons learned to identify areas for improvement and share process enhancements to optimize project management practices.
- Under general direction, lead the planning and execution of key organizational projects, ensuring consistent alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Coach more junior colleagues in current project management techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years work experience with Project Management or Health Care.
- Demonstrated experience in managing Quality Assurance efforts for broad functionality systems
- Experience working with external vendor partners to manage delivery
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, risk and issue management)
- Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork
- Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others)
Preferred Qualifications
- SAFe Agile experience / training
- Healthcare process knowledge / experience
- PMP certification preferred.
Education
- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience
- High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED)

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
