Our team is looking to bring on a Financial Reporting Manager who brings regulatory knowledge to drive our future strategy forward to prepare our organization for the regulatory reporting requirements needed for a $100 billion Cat IV financial institution.
- Participate in a team approached process of preparing required regulatory reports
- Independently research and interpret regulatory rules, guidance and instructions
- Prepare draft reports with detailed supporting work papers
- Become a subject matter expert with enhanced working knowledge of specific regulatory reports and/or banking products
- Develop and implement product and cross report analytics to enhance reporting accuracy
- Work with other functions/teams to ensure reported data aligns to regulatory requirements and implement regulatory reporting changes
- Investigate and prepare responses to regulator inquiries
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance or related field preferred
- 3-6+ years experience in accounting, audit or financial services industry
- Public accounting experience preferred
- Foundational understanding of regulatory capital rules, preferred
The estimated salary range for this position is $95,000USD to $105,000USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
