Lead the development of technical solutions to optimize business processes, providing architectural guidance and managing project teams while ensuring compliance and effectiveness in CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and test systems to execute features, integration, and reporting
• Provide design and architecture guidance to project teams to execute tactical projects / initiatives
• Compile or design architectural models for a current system or proposed system
• Ensure compliance with established patterns and practices on projects incl. technical oversight of development efforts. Add and update content in the design and metadata repository / knowledge base
• Work on project teams to translate business requirements to system qualities
• Provide platform guidance to team members on CRM solutions
• Identify and evaluate integration opportunities for ancillary systems
• Provide leadership and guidance to business CRM administrators on best practices
• Identify and recommend innovations that significantly enhance efficiency and effectiveness of business processes
• Other incidental duties
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in in related field , 10 years years experience of previous related experience Required
Additional Skills:
• Stay current with latest platform features
• Proven successful project management skills
• Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
• Recognized as an expert in own area within the organization
• Expert knowledge in at least discipline (e.g. Analysis, Design, Development, QA/QC, etc.)
• Extensive technical knowledge with expertise in at least one technical language or data management system (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server.)
• Expert knowledge of platform ecosystem and integration points within CRM
• Strict attention to detail
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
• Represents leadership on projects within a specific area interfacing with project managers and team
• Consult in project setting within specific area
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
