This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

Job Description

  • Develops, implements and maintains methods, standards, procedures and guidelines.
  • Guides the development, testing and evaluation of new or enhanced organizational processes or structures; recommends improvements as appropriate.
  • Reports on and makes recommendations on the implementation of techniques and methodologies for analyzing and evaluating operations, workflow or procedures.
  • Performs moderate methods analysis work. Recommends and supports the implementation of methods and procedures for improved workflow or processes, staff utilization, office facilities, equipment utlization and communications.
  • Recommends forms and survey instruments used in data collection and evaluation; conducts analytical studies to define and recommend solutions for problems, methods and procedures.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $45,000.00 – $83,000.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
