About the role
As a method developer you are responsible for the development of winning educational concepts for primary education. The vacancy that is currently open primarily concerns the subject of reading, but in due course also other subjects.
Key tasks

You are part of a multidisciplinary team that, based on established value propositions, devises, designs and develops concepts for new products and services, as well as for the further development and improvement of existing products. You achieve maximum customer value. You contribute to the validation of concepts in the market and adjust if necessary. For the further development of methods, in addition to quantitative and qualitative research, you use data analysis and other knowledge about the use of the products in schools. You are responsible for managing the author teams that develop these concepts into methodological materials. Together with various colleagues from the unit and other departments, you work together to achieve the best and winning product-market fit,
About you
Minimum HBO working and thinking level; • Demonstrable experience in developing concepts and products within a publishing house and/or media; • Good knowledge of education and didactics; • Good knowledge of digital didactics; • Curious to closely follow developments at schools and in the market. • Experience with validating and testing concepts; • Experience with concept development; • Focus on quality (process and product) and maximizing customer value; • You also have the following competencies: quality-oriented, creative, analytical, team player, process-oriented, decisive, functionally leading an extensive development team, presenting enthusiastically;
