Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech?® Vishay Electronic GmbH in Selb is currently seeking applicants for an MES System Analyst (m/f/d).

Job Location:

Vishay Electronic GmbH in Selb is the European headquarter and development and production site for passive components. Since 1996 as part of Vishay we have been manufacturing resistors and capacitors. These electronic components are used in medical, entertainment and automotive electronics, among others. With around 900 employees, Vishay plays a key role as one of the most important employers in our region. The town of Selb is located directly on the Czech border and boasts the scenic surroundings of the Fichtelgebirge.

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for requirement analysis, design and implementation of MES system
• In charge of technical document writing and document management
• Maintain and support MES systems, solve the key problems and technical problems in the system
• Assist MES System Project, participate in MES system implementation project, interface specification formulation, technical document compilation, etc.
• Collaboration with internal key users, external software vendors and other internal IT groups to implement the new standard MES system

What you will bring along:

• 3-5 years above Experience in implementation and operation of MES system
• Familiar with .NET software development techniques, 2+ years’ experience with C#
• Experience in SQL Server database system, database design and management
• Conversant with Docker and Kubernetes knowledge is a plus
• Understanding of networking system basic knowledge
• Good at expressing and coordinating, analyzing and solving problems
• Profound communication skills and teamwork spirit and strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills and working experience in a foreign company
• Willing to take frequent business trip abroad
