SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Reporting :
District Manager
Objectives :
Achieves the established goals for the district/area such as sales,market share,
doctors calls.
Listens and responds appropriatly to customer needs, and maintain positive impression
Maintains the required technical expertise including competitive product knowledge
Uses accurate communication proper medical terminology
Plans and organizes daily sales call activities
Develops and implements alternate operating plans to achieve objectives accordingly, taking
daily decision after weighing alternatives and their consequences
Works under daily direction of the District Manager, and closely with other field force rep.
Cooperates with various headquaters departments when necessary
Maintains a positive working relationship with exteranl contacts
Requirements :
Trilingual ability
Medical degree
Computer skills is a must
Knowledge in pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing
Interpersonal skills and flexibility
Consistent with Pfizer's core values
Ability to communicate fluently with people outside
Reporting skills

Makes decisions during the work day concerning call activity, choose appropriate
topics for the targeted audience when on public presentation
Build relationship with key influential staff members
Gather information with close attention to source
successfully incorporates the versatile sales profiles of all customers
Collaborates and find ways to help office members
Participates actively to team meeting and training sessions
