What You'll Do

DAS Technology is looking for a Campaign Manager (Paid Media Specialist) who thrives in an independent work environment and is driven by personal growth and skill advancement. This role focuses on enhancing our digital advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms for automotive clients. If you enjoy taking on small projects, executing methodical tasks, and delivering effective strategies with minimal oversight, we want to hear from you!

Your mission will be to ensure outstanding campaign performance while maximizing ROI for our clients. You’ll have the opportunity to work independently, dive deep into analytics, and make impactful contributions to our overall strategy—all while receiving recognition for your success.

  • Campaign Strategy Development: Create and execute effective media strategies on Google Ads and Meta that cater to client objectives. 
  • Creative Development: Collaborate on compelling ad creatives that capture attention and enhance audience engagement. 
  • Campaign Creation & Optimization: Independently build campaigns with targeted audiences, precise budgets, and schedules, continuously testing for optimal performance. 
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze data and metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and swiftly implementing changes. 
  • A/B Testing: Conduct experiments independently to optimize creative, messaging, and targeting strategies. 
  • Budget Management: Carefully manage budgets to ensure efficiency and maximize results. 
  • Reporting: Prepare clear and insightful performance reports with actionable recommendations for future campaigns. 

What You'll Bring

  • Experience: minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta campaigns, achieving measurable results. 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Math, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Ads Manager. Familiarity with additional platforms (Amazon DSP, programmatic ad platforms) is a plus. 
  • Mindset: Possess strong analytical thinking skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Certifications (preferred): Google Ads Display or Search Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification, Google Analytics Certification.
