JOB PURPOSE

This entry-level role offers the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to impactful media campaigns that drive our business forward.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Budget Management:

  • Input the budget into the loader system.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to confirm successful budget uploads.
  • Regularly follow up to ensure the budget is accurately reflected in the system.

Internal Orders (IO) and Purchase Orders (PO) Creation:

  • Create Internal Orders (IO) and Purchase Orders (PO) across various categories.
  • Ensure proper categorization and documentation of all IOs and POs.

Goods Receipts (GR) Processing:

  • Process Goods Receipts (GR) upon receipt from the media agency.
  • Ensure all GRs are accurately and promptly recorded.

Invoice Coordination:

  • Follow up with the finance team regarding pending invoices.
  • Collaborate with media agencies to ensure timely submission and processing of invoices.

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills to work seamlessly with finance teams and media agencies.
  • Familiarity with budget management and financial systems (training will be provided).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Media, or Marketing.
