Media, Digital & CRM Manager, Scandinavia (Maternity Cover)
Chanel Denmark is currently looking for an experienced and self-driven maternity cover for our Media, Digital & CRM Manager to support the Scandinavian Marketing Department in daily tasks and operations related to Media and CRM Management.
As the Media, Digital & CRM Manager you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the media plan and strategy on all channels; digital and traditional media for all 3 divisions (Fashion, Watches and Fine Jewellery & Fragrance & Beauty). Responsible for clientelling and CRM and leading all digital projects and scopes. Being the voice to local and Europe teams.
This position is a full-time maternity cover (preferable starting 1st of April) for one year, in an inspiring environment and development in a Company with high ambitions and great courage. The position is based in Copenhagen, and reports hierarchically to the Marketing Director, Scandinavia.
The Impact you can create at CHANEL
MEDIA (3 division):
- Define the overall full media strategy (including paid search) for all 3 divisions based on brand global strategy and adapted to local priorities, local media landscape and consumer behaviour
- Manage the Media budget for each Scandinavian market.
- Lead, collaborate and manage the appointed regional media agency to deliver efficient and effective media planning & buying.
- Work in close partnership with the Marketing, Sales & PR departments on the execution of media planning and buying.
- Take the lead in planning & orchestrating all media campaigns for the Scandinavian markets.
- Analyze relevant media-linked data to provide insights to the Sales & Marketing departments on a regular basis as well as supporting with ad-hoc analysis.
- Being the voice to local and Europe media teams.
Digital & CRM (F&B):
- Create CRM & Clientelling strategy and roadmap.
- Develop and implement digital tools to support the clientelling and business objectives.
- Extracting, consolidating and analyzing all the data to provide insights and strategies.
- Ensure customer experience assets for the boutiques to support on reaching KPIs.
- Ensuring translations & proofreading for all 3 languages for all 3 divisions for chanel.com in each market and all digital media copies for campaigns.
- Leading all the digital projects and roll outs from Europe e.g. booking systems
- Master the digital platforms
- Being the voice to local and Europe CRM and Digital teams.

Position Requirements
- Relevant master’s degree in marketing, business, or communication with minimum 3+ years from a similar role preferably the from the cosmetic industry and mainly focused on digital media.
- You Excellent in the MS Office package: Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Scandinavian languages.
- Open-minded and team-player.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and solutions oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in building relationships with colleagues and external partners.
- Business-minded with strong data analysis skills
- Able to prioritize work in a fast-changing environment.
- Extensive experience in understanding consumer needs and the retail environment.
- You are an expert in paid media, executing across all touchpoints and connecting with consumers, with in-depth knowledge of offline and online media campaign best practices and execution, you ensure effective and impactful media strategies.
