We're looking for a passionate, media-savvy Media Applications Analyst to join a global tech leader. The ideal candidate will have experience managing media applications and a strong understanding of the unique challenges in the adult entertainment industry.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage and maintain our suite of applications including Dalet Galaxy, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of media platforms, with a preference for experience in adult entertainment platforms.
  • Leverage your media background to provide insights and recommendations for application improvements.
  • Administer user access profiles, ensuring compliance with corporate access rules and security policies.
  • Collaborate with the Security Analyst team to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
  • Implement and maintain backup procedures for our applications, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with the IT Operations Group to manage centralized backup systems.
  • Report and manage security incidents, working closely with the IT ServiceDesk and Security Analyst teams.
  • Ensure that all applications comply with relevant data protection regulations and corporate policies.

What you'll need to be successful:

 

Must haves:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong working knowledge of application management, with a focus on media platforms.
  • Familiarity with relevant data protection regulations and corporate policies.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in English and French is an asset.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with adult entertainment platforms.
  • Familiarity with our suite of applications.
