About the Internship:
As a Mechanical Project Engineer Intern, you will work closely with experienced engineers on a variety of exciting projects. You will have the opportunity to learn about the design, development, and implementation of complex material handling systems. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:

CAD Support: Assist in the creation and modification of AutoCAD 2D drawings for approval and installation purposes.

Data Analysis: Assist with data analysis related to components, accuracy, and potential cost improvements.

Procurement Support: Collaborate with procurement teams to research and source components from third-party suppliers.

Tooling Support: Assist in resolving issues, adding, or removing items within the engineering tooling software and programs.

Tool Palette and Block Maintenance: Contribute to the development and maintenance of CAD blocks and tool palettes.

Project Assistance: Provide support to project teams on various tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.

Strong academic record with a focus on coursework in:

CAD Software (experience with AutoCAD is a plus)

Engineering projects in a team environment

Identifying areas of improvement and streamlining ways of working

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.
