Summary of Role:
Typically performs one or more of the following in capacity of either an individual contributor (as directed and/or independently), or as a manager:
Fits, aligns, calibrates and adjusts parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product operating requirements; repairs units or products that have failed to meet requirements.
Assembles mechanical units, fabricated parts/components and/or electrical/electronic systems to make subassemblies, assemblies or complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures and miscellaneous equipment.
Essential Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain 3D models for various components and assemblies used in semiconductor equipment.

Conduct material analysis to ensure the suitability and durability of parts used in the manufacturing process.

Manage relationships with suppliers to enable outsourcing of manufactured parts.
-
Work with Modules to determine High Leverage Opportunities and turn them into productivity results.

Manage qualification timelines with modules to ensure efficient turnaround of cost savings initiatives.

Make adjustments to design, material and manufacturing type based on module feedback.

Generate and execute standard work practices for 3D modeling and part manufacturing.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously without impacting quality.

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.
Required Qualifications:
-
Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering, Military Equivalent, Trade Equivalent, or equivalent experience

Experience – Min of 2 years’ experience
-
Travel – Up to 10%
-
Strong communication skills and ability to work within a tightly coupled team.

Strong project management and organizational skills required.

Language Fluency – Fluent in English Language – written & verbal

Physical Capacity Demands

Able to work in a cleanroom environment per semiconductor protocol/requirements

Able to wear all required clean room protective clothing and equipment
-
Lifting to 40 pounds / bending / twisting
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Direct experience working in semiconductor manufacturing.

Direct experience with 3D printing and CNC machining.
-
Experience with Autodesk Fusion 360.
-
Strong team player with ability to work well within a global team.
Expected Salary Range
$65,400.00 - $145,800.00
