Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Engineer to lead the design, integration, and validation of hydraulic and mechanical subsystems. The role involves managing subsystem requirements, creating detailed 3D/2D designs, coordinating with cross-functional teams including suppliers and manufacturing plants, and supporting testing and simulation activities. A strong understanding of hydrostatic and hydrodynamic systems, as well as expertise in BB080 components (pumps, coolers, filters, valves) and drivetrain systems such as gearboxes and e-drives, is essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate strong customer interaction skills and contribute effectively to project and change management processes.
Major Responsibilities• Subsystem (Requirements, iALM /Doors• Design (3D, 2D, materials, FMEA.• Integration (project meetings, change management, interface definition• Plant & Supplier (simultaneous engineering with plants and suppliers, quality support• Customer (customer alignment and meetings• Calculation & Simulation (calculations performed by component engineers)• Testing (support for prototype built, evaluation of test results with test engineer

- Good know how on hydrostatic and hydrodynamic
