• Estimated hourly rate pay:  $28.38 (minimum) - $35.48 (midpoint) - $42.58 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark?  If you’re Mechanical Designer/Drafter, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Advanced level drafter or Entry level designer. Performs drafting assignments and tasks for departments/internal customer groups. As a designer, performs design application assignments and tasks for departments/internal customer groups.What You Will Be Doing 

• Ability to understand and apply fundamental Geometric Dimension & Tolerancing or International equivalent at an intermediate level.
• Must be able to create 3D models of simpler designs and create complex 2D drawings to acceptable drafting practices.
• Must be able to perform entry level linear stack up studies.

What We Are Looking For 

• Ability to understand and apply fundamental Geometric Dimension & Tolerancing or equivalent at an intermediate level.
• Must be able to perform entry level linear stack up studies.
• Intermediate CAD software skills. Creo preferred.
• The ability to assist other drafters with tasks. Demonstrated ability on a day-to-day basis to effectively balance workload for a drafting group only.
• The ability to define, diagnose, and resolve problems and the ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
• Education- Some vocational, college level courses, 2-year degree, technical certificate or applicable experience preferred.
• Less than 2 years MCAD drafting experience, general machining, fabrication, and manufacturing knowledge required.
