Join Teledyne Imaging Sensors as a Mechanical Design Engineer!

What You’ll Do:

  • Use CAD tools to generate 3D models of parts and assemblies
  • Perform mechanical systems designs, engineering calculations and related engineering analyses to determine best solutions.
  • Investigate, specify, and select raw materials, components and hardware required to meet customer requirements.
  • Performs prototyping, assembly simulations, and tolerance stack calculations.
  • Provides mechanical design consultation for internal and external customers.
     

What You Need:

  • Experience with all phases of design, from conceptualization to fabrication.
  • Familiarity with mechanical packaging for electrical devices, preferably with Focal Plane Assembly.
  • Proficiency using Solidworks, finite element method analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen due to access restrictions.

Salary Range:

$113,600.00-$151,400.000
