About the Job:
As the Master Data Specialist, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving the accuracy of our master data, creating and updating articles, and driving factory change coordination (FCC) tasks. You’ll oversee data standardization, system parameters, and ensure our processes are supported by reliable data. Acting as the ERP superuser, you’ll train and support colleagues such as, participate in cross-functional projects, and provide insights through data analysis. Your ability to link administrative and physical production flows will drive impactful improvements across the organization

You are a proactive and quality-minded professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A team player with a solution-oriented mindset, you have a knack for identifying and addressing root causes, and you thrive on driving continuous improvement. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to see the big picture make you a critical contributor to both operational and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or equivalent experience.

Proven track record in data management, production processes, and system administration.

Strong background in supply chain and data management.

Has experience in ERP systems (Jeeves), Excel and MS Office. D365 Experience is also a plus.

Experience in root-cause analysis and improvement initiatives is also preferred.

Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken).

Familiarity with production processes, product knowledge, and supply chain dynamics.
