Your Responsibilities:
Contribute to various business projects by interpreting requirements and providing data maintenance solutions in the following areas:
- Master Data Maintenance: Assist with data creation, updates, deactivations, reactivations, and requests, ensuring adherence to SLA requirements.
- Data Quality and Accuracy: Ensure the integrity and precision of data.
- Support for ERP System Implementation: Aid in the centralization and implementation activities of ERP systems.
- Compliance: Follow established data policies and procedures.
Basic Qualifications:
- Education: Final-year Bachelor’s Degree students or equivalent qualifications. While technical or IT-related degrees are valuable, we are specifically looking for candidates whose education and interests align with business and data management.
- Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with partners across APAC.
- Skills: Strong business acumen, quick learner, and excellent communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with large volumes of data
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a proactive approach to providing feedback and solutions.
Additional Information:
- Duration: 6-month internship.
- Location: UOA Business Center, Glenmarie, Hybrid Work
- Commitment: Must be willing to commit to a full 6-month internship period.
