How you’ll shape the future of the Global SIOP Team:

  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end master data management processes, consistency, and integrity for the High Purity Cellulose Business. 
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA functionalities to manage master data elements, including but not limited to customer, supplier, material, and finance data.
  • Collaborate with IT to identify data source location to support SIOP, Logistics, Finance, Sales, Operations, Sourcing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, etc. reporting needs.  
  • Gate keeper of master data governance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements related to master data management, develop strategies to enhance data management processes, and implement best practices.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of data processes and procedures while providing support to users on master data management processes and SAP functionalities.
  • Work closely with various business functions, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, resolve data issues, and support data-related projects.
  • Implement specialized applications to optimize master data creation and maintenance. 
  • Lead or support master data management projects, including new system implementations, data migration initiatives, and system enhancements.
  • Manage competing departmental needs for master data standardization.
  • Maintain the professional competence, knowledge and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities.
  • Establish and maintain effective work relationships within supply chain, sourcing, treasury, commercial, finance, and IT.
  • Additional duties/analysis as assigned.

You’ll be someone who can bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree.  Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science or IT degree preferred.
  • Minimum four years’ experience in Master Data creation and maintenance.
  • Must be well versed in advanced MS Excel functions, SAP S/4HANA Master Data, SQL.  Experience with SAP-IBP, SAP SAC and Power BI a plus.
  • Must be capable of coordinating multi-site activities and have the interpersonal skills needed to facilitate change and improvement.
