THE POSITION

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Associate to join the Marketing Technology & Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out and refining our quality assurance processes, ensuring that our products & messaging are built properly ahead of launch. The QA Associate will also be responsible for ensuring that all FanDuel communications meet the highest standards of quality before reaching our customers.

THE GAME PLAN

  • Work as an individual contributor to carry out testing activities and ensure thorough review of end-to-end marketing campaigns for FanDuel products.
  • Champion QA policies & procedures to ensure product and communications quality meets or exceeds industry standards.
  • Execute and refine testing plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders (Commercial, Marketing, Data, Operations, Compliance et al), to identify quality issues and drive solutions.
  • Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with QA standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and tools related to quality assurance.

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in quality assurance in an analytical, technical, or commercial field preferred.              
  • Proven track record of executing QA processes and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with digital content and email campaigning testing.
  • Experience with Marketing platforms and data testing
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

The applicable hourly range for this position is $35.58 - $48.65 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
