We’re looking for a passionate and dynamic MarTech Data Lead to join our rapidly growing team. If you have a flair for technology and a love for health and wellness, this is your chance to make a real difference!
In this role, you will lead our marketing technology initiatives, overseeing data strategies and ensuring that we harness the power of data analysis to fuel our marketing efforts. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that our marketing campaigns are not only creative but also data-informed and results-oriented.
Your Impact:
- Create and implement data strategies that optimize marketing performance and enhance customer engagement.
- Leverage advanced analytics to provide insights that drive decision-making and improve campaign outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment in our objectives and tactics.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, employing cutting-edge tools and technologies to keep our marketing efforts on the cutting edge.
- Manage and mentor a team of data professionals, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
- A solid background in digital marketing and data analytics, with at least 5 years of experience in a MarTech role.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong SQL skills with experience managing and manipulating large datasets.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience in leading teams and driving a data-centric culture.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical details in a way that's engaging and easy to understand.
