Marketplace Reviewer
Part-Time Contractor, Remote (Mexico)
Webflow is a platform that aims to bring development superpowers to everyone by allowing people to build websites visually without writing code. We are seeking an independent contractor to serve as a Marketplace Design Reviewer. This role involves a project-based engagement to ensure that the quality of Marketplace assets meets the demands of our community, empowers our customers, and makes Webflow the best product possible. The Marketplace Design Reviewer will operate autonomously, providing expert analysis and feedback without the traditional employment benefits.
About the role
- Location: Remote-first (Mexico)
- Independent Part-time contractor
- $520 MXN/hour
We have ambitious goals to continue building our Marketplace, and we’re looking for candidates who can work 20 hours per week, spread between Monday-Friday and who can work autonomously. Please let us know your availability and timezone in your application!
As a Marketplace Design Reviewer, you’ll …
- Conduct independent design reviews of Webflow templates, and share feedback with designers to help them improve their sites.
- Manage your workflow autonomously, addressing the submission queue in a consistent and timely manner, utilizing project management tools as needed.
- Offer support to our service providers and creators by responding to inquiries and guiding them in updating their Marketplace content.
- Ensure a high-quality experience for all Webflow creators, service providers, and customers by delivering thorough and professional reviews.
About you
You’ll thrive as a Marketplace Design Reviewer, if you have:
- Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in English (required)
- A deep understanding of Webflow products. Experience with other web design tools, integrations, and platforms is a plus.
- Experience testing software, and providing clear feedback to developers.
- A proven design background and deep understanding of design principles, including web design quality, functionality, and accessibility.
- Capacity to work independently, with a creative approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Demonstrated communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on direct and honest feedback in professional interactions with external parties.
Even if you don’t meet 100% of the above qualifications, you should still seriously consider applying. Research shows that you may still be considered for a role if you meet just half of the requirements.
Our Core Behaviors:
- Obsess over customer experience. We deeply understand what we’re building and who we’re building for and serving. We define the leading edge of what’s possible in our industry and deliver the future for our customers.
- Move with heartfelt urgency. We have a healthy relationship with impatience, channeling it thoughtfully to show up better and faster for our customers and for each other. Time is the most limited thing we have, and we make the most of every moment.
- Say the hard thing with care. Our best work often comes from intelligent debate, critique, and even difficult conversations. We speak our minds and don’t sugarcoat things — and we do so with respect, maturity, and care.
- Make your mark. We seek out new and unique ways to create meaningful impact, and we champion the same from our colleagues. We work as a team to get the job done, and we go out of our way to celebrate and reward those going above and beyond for our customers and our teammates.

What We Do
Webflow empowers designers and developers to create powerful, stunning websites without code. With the world’s first visual CMS, and a pixel-perfect designer that writes HTML and CSS for you, anyone can build professional websites and apps to run their business, build a community, and share knowledge. Our company mission is two-fold: To enable everyone to create for the web — and lead fulfilling, impactful lives while we do it.
Why Work With Us
Webflow’s mission is to empower everyone to build software visually. We believe this is important because less than 1% of people know how to code, and we believe there is a huge potential to change economies by allowing more people to partake in this valuable process.
We’re starting with websites and will eventually include other software.
