About Marketing team:


The marketing team handles comprehensive 360º communication and comprises over 200 people. We manage all aspects in-house and operate a robust automation engine. Our combined monthly traffic across all brands exceeds 31 million. As a marketing team member, you'll play a crucial role in the upcoming phase of our brand's growth as we expand and introduce new products to the market.


The position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, including relations with affiliates, networks, and partners, work closely with other team members to ensure the maximum effectiven


And now, we are looking for a Affiliate Marketing Manager who is prepared to contribute to the next chapter of our company's growth.


What you'll be working on:

  • Launch and optimize affiliate recruitment campaigns leveraging Impact’s marketplace and automation tools .
  • Develop and optimize onboarding and activation sequences across a variety of affiliate segments/programs.
  • Launch and optimize reactivation campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize. 
  • Coordinate and manage campaigns and efforts across multiple affiliate programs, such as newsletters and promotions.
  • Assist with asset creation and management across affiliate programs and platforms.
  • Effectively coordinate tasks involving other team members and departments.
  • Review campaigns’ performance and identify areas of improvement.
  • Present regular reports, including the number of affiliate partners recruited, onboarded, reactivated, and other relevant KPIs;

What we expect from you:

  • Minimum 1+ years of affiliate marketing experience.
  • Experience running affiliate recruitment, activation, and reactivation campaigns.
  • Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
  • Ability to take on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Strong operational, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to understand trends and develop action plans.
  • The ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and courteously over a variety of mediums.
  • The willingness to embrace and understand new concepts;

What helps you rock:

  • BS / BA Required.
  • Experience with Commission Junction or similar networks or an affiliate program management agency as an affiliate manager.
  • Experience with automation tools.
