How will you do it

Lead and manage a squad of marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy and business objectives.

Create and manage campaign budgets, ensuring costeffective strategies and maximizing ROI.

Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation among team members.

Set clear goals and performance metrics for the squad, monitor progress and provide feedback.

Facilitate regular squad meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Drive strong marketing campaign performance reporting and visibility

Act as a liaison between the squad and senior management, communicating updates and insights.

Resolve competing priorities and drive clarity on path forward

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the squad to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
What we look for
Required

Previous experience specializing in Service and Solution-focused marketing strategies.

Background in marketing digital technologies with breakthrough track record

Strong understanding of agile methodologies and squad-based structures.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, previous experience with leading a team

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Excellent English language, both written and spoken
