・Actively manages the product life cycle_Enabling technology
・ Provide clear and strategic direction to the field sales organization through written communications, presentations at training meeting and informal interactions.
・Partner with RA, MA and QA for NPI
Customer Insight / Development
・Building increasing network of KOLs to achieve business lead
・ Shape customer value propositions that are consistent with business strategies
・ Develop strong relationships with key customers by understanding and managing their needs and expectations
Strategic Thinking
・Actively interact with Global/APAC stakeholders to align strategy
・ Implement tactical plan by allocating appropriated resources
[Qualification]
・Bachelor’s degree or above
・Min 3years capital business related experience in marketing and sales
Experience in Capital (Enabling technology) medical device is preferred
・Proficiency in verbal and written English
・Strategic thinking and can-do mindset in challenging business environment
・Communication skill : accuracy, able to individualize per counterpart’s tone & manner
・Be proactive and persistent
・Result driven and strongly finance oriented mindset
