The Marketing Department:
The Marketing department serves as a primary growth engine for all of PracticeTek’s business verticals. We are the fuel that drives customer acquisition, conversion and retention through increasing brand awareness and promoting PracticeTek’s products and services. We are the face and voice that represents PracticeTek and its brands. We care as much about our team as

The Career Opportunity:
Support marketing initiatives across our wellbeing portfolio by executing tactical marketing activities and providing analytical support to the broader marketing team. This role serves as an entry point into our product marketing organization, offering exposure to strategic marketing initiatives while developing core marketing skills.

Areas of Accountability:
The Marketing Specialist has responsibility for the following outcomes:
- Execute marketing campaigns and programs including email campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials
- Maintain marketing analytics dashboards and prepare regular performance reports
- Support product launches and marketing events through content creation and coordination
- Assist in competitive research and market analysis projects
- Manage and update marketing collateral library and digital assets
Competencies for Success
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of marketing experience
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing automation tools
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
At PracticeTek we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine our offers of employment. This includes internal and external market factors as well as your individual experience and skills. These considerations can cause compensation to vary but we reasonably expect to pay between $60,150 - $124,850 for this position.
