Key Responsibilities:
- In conjunction with the Marketing Manager and local BU leaders, develop marketing strategies and plans in support of business growth objectives and market share expansion in India.
- Work with key global and local stakeholders on product marketing initiatives, including the execution of new product launch strategies and new product release activities.
- Support Strategic Marketing and business planning initiatives as required by conducting research activities, including competitor analysis, market size & share, and market segmentation analysis.
- Develop and execute channel partner marketing initiatives as directed to encourage increased Dealer engagement, loyalty, and growth.
- Responsible for managing advertising and public relations program, and working closely with the Corporate Communications Team and with third parties where necessary to develop message content, artwork, media mix, and schedule in line with sales and marketing objectives
- Develop and implement a Digital Marketing plan in accordance with global guidelines and in coordination with Marketing Manager
- Develop local marketing collateral as required such as literature and catalogue translations, Point of Sale, and promotional merchandise, including new product release and product bulletins.
- Responsible for ensuring the coordination and preparation of marketing and customer events, including trade shows, seminars, road shows, and training
- In conjunction with the global ecommerce team and business unit stakeholders, develop marketing initiatives to drive increased traffic and adoption of shop.donaldson.com, where appropriate.
- Support the Marketing Manager and Marketing Leads to establish the annual marketing budget for India and manage accordingly
- Responsible for reviewing and developing sales tools and resources for salespeople and Dealers
- Develop and distribute email marketing communications to customers as required.
- Champion the adoption of the global CRM lead management process to manage, track, and report on marketing generated leads and opportunities
- Prepare regular reports for management that include key performance indicators including MQL, OPP, ROI and so on, to ascertain if marketing efforts are having their desired impact and provides feedback and recommendations to management.
- Ensures that brand is well represented and design guidelines are adhered to in all marketing campaigns and collateral
- Create banner content for eCommerce platform
- Develop content for online promotion of eCommerce platform
- Partner with marketing agencies to create awareness of new ways of promoting and selling Donaldson products
- Support new and innovative ways of selling Donaldson products, i.e. marketplaces, digital partner program
- Point of contact for new product announcements, new images, online literature and videos
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Relevant Experience:
- At least 6+ years marketing operations experiences. Proficiency (2+ years) using marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo.
- Desktop publishing skills including proficiency with Adobe Suite.
- Excellent in content creation, video filming and edit experiences will be an advantage but not a must.
- Good in channel marketing, experiences on supporting dealer enduser campaigns, create value and deliver properly.
- Experience managing relationships with tradeshow vendors, agencies and other external partners.
- Proven ability to move easily between generating big, creative ideas to driving process improvement, to executing details and administration.
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs from concept to completion.
- Global business experience with proven ability to collaborate and implement marketing efforts across cultures and around the world.
- Good experiences in leads management and reporting out, good experiences in using CRM
