We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Marketing Specialist, CRM to join our More Rewards team in Langley, BC.
Reporting to the Manager, CRM, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic promotional and automated email campaigns and act as a thought leader and email marketing expert on the CRM team. In this role, you will lead efforts in reporting, email personalization, and the introduction of new banners and channels, ensuring seamless integration and innovation.
You will be responsible for:
- Utilizing marketing analytics to monitor performance, develop reports and suggest improvements to ongoing email campaigns.
- Using data available in our email tool to provide recommendations, execute complex campaigns and identify key areas of opportunity.
- Facilitating email marketing programs including segmentation, targeting, set-up, testing, and proofing.
- Supporting the CRM team on deploying and creating A/B testing strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Reviewing all transactional emails and updating as per new brand promotion and offerings.
- Expanding communication strategies across multiple digital channels including email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messages.
- Driving improvement using best practices and trends with respect to marketing automation, email, push and in-app marketing and campaign management.
- Ensuring proper tagging and tracking has been included in all campaigns.
You have:
- A bachelor’s degree in a Marketing, Advertising, or related field/equivalent experience is preferred.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in an e-mail marketing and automation role within the retail or B2C environment.
- Experience with enterprise-level email service providers such as Bloomreach, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc. is considered an asset.
- Experience in developing campaigns from start to full flight.
- Experience with marketing funnels and Google Analytics is considered an asset.
- The ability to leverage the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in email marketing, SMS, and other CRM channels to optimize engagement and performance.
