What You'll Do:

  • Client Journey Optimization: Design and implement digital workflows from lead generation to client acquisition, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
  • Marketing & Sales Automation: Manage and optimize HubSpot workflows (both Sales & Marketing), ensuring smooth integration between teams.
  • Content Creation & Branding: Utilize Canva to create engaging visuals, oversee WordPress content updates, and contribute to brand consistency across platforms.
  • Social Media Marketing: Develop and manage campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and other key platforms to boost engagement and visibility.
  • Multimedia Production: Assist in photography and videography efforts for marketing content, including capturing events, property showcases, and brand storytelling.
  • Data & AI Tool Management: Utilize Notion and other AI-powered tools to organize data, track performance, and improve efficiency.
  • Event Support: Participate in occasional off-site events, ensuring brand alignment and smooth marketing execution.
  • Campaign Production & Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring on-time and high-quality deliverables.
  • Content Distribution & Coordination: Manage the scheduling and dissemination of marketing materials across various platforms, including websites, email, and social media.
  • Data & Analytics Management: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and investor relations teams to ensure marketing and sales materials align with business objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and refine workflows to increase efficiency in content production, approvals, and distribution.

What You Bring:

  • Technical & Operational Focus: While a creative mindset is beneficial, this role primarily requires expertise in the technical, strategic, and operational aspects of marketing and sales process execution.
  • HubSpot Expertise (Certification a plus) – Ability to manage both marketing and sales CRM workflows.
  • WordPress & Canva Proficiency – Experience updating websites and designing marketing collateral.
  • Social Media Savvy – Strong understanding of Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Photography & Videography Skills – Experience capturing and editing visual content.
  • Database & AI Tool Knowledge – Familiarity with Notion and other automation tools to streamline workflows.
  • Strong Communication & Project Management Skills – Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Marketing Expertise: Experience with marketing automation tools, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret marketing and sales data and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and consistency across all assets.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in experiential luxury, finance, Private Equity,and/or Class-A Commercial Real Estate industries (A bonus, but not required).
