Function: Integrated Planning
Reports to: Integrated Planning Manager – Fabric Cleaning
Scope: Ensure supply continuity through cross-function collaboration for best service level, improve inventory health and minimize business waste, facilitate innovation project networks for successful delivery.
What can you expect from the role?
Supply Planning
o Collaborate with Sourcing Units (SU) for supply plan, including order confirmation, shipment scheduling, supply forecast, to ensure supply continuity
o Follow up import shipments and work closely with cross functions (Demand Planning, Finance, Quality, R&D, Master Data, Logistics) for shipments readiness
o Partner with Logistics and Warehouse team for inbound, outbound and transportation operations
o Operate in systems (SAP, Rapid Response, etc.) for supply planning execution
o Coordinate with related functions to address supply issues
Stock Management & Allocation
o Check and confirm stock allocation for customers, to ensure best service level
o Review inventory among plants using data analysis and take actions accordingly to ensure healthy stock
o Monitor and alert to Business Unit on slow moving and obsolete stocks and align detail action plan for stock clearance
o Manage product transition, product launching to avoid business waste as well as stock optimization by closely collaborating with CSP, SO and Demand Planning to build proper selling plan
Innovation Planning
o Define and develop Project networks on MS project or Excel template
o Lead weekly PTM calls to keep track and monitor progress of projects, in collaboration with all project stakeholders
o Work closely with all SC functions to ensure delivery of SC related activities on time in full as part of the network
o Play the role as SC expert to advice business team on project feasibility and provide comprehensive risk assessment to ensure projects are delivered well
o Support process enhancement and improvement in innovation planning by applying Unilever new behaviors
Experiences and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in SC management or equivalent
• Good written and verbal English
• Strong Excel skills
• Proficiency in MS project, SAP, digital tools is a plus
• (4+) years’ relevant experience in supply chain, projects management is a plus
• Knowledge of data analytics, VBA, coding is a plus
• Quick learner, team player, problem solver
