Job Summary:
Green House is seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Project Manager to manage client projects and drive marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Director of Operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns, adhering to budgets and deadlines, and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will oversee field marketing efforts, coordinate with vendors, and streamline operations to enhance project delivery. With a blend of strategic leadership, team collaboration, and data-driven decision-making, this position ensures program objectives align with Green House’s innovative methodology and client goals.

What You’ll Do:

The Project Manager drives efficiency and value by overseeing marketing campaigns, managing vendors, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Field Marketing & Operations Support (30%): Analyze data for decision-making, manage budgets, coordinate vendors, and support marketing campaigns with innovative processes.
  • Client & Project Support (50%): Lead meetings, document project requirements, maintain client relationships, and ensure seamless execution of strategies and deliverables.
  • Program Leadership (20%): Manage multi-project programs, optimize resource allocation, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

This role emphasizes collaboration, risk management, and proactive communication to align projects with organizational and client goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, program management, project management, or a similar role, with proven leadership in cross-functional programs required.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics required.
  • Proficient in marketing strategies and techniques required.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required, with experience using tools like Monday.com and Repsly preferred.
  • Highly organized and capable of working independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment required.
  • Excellent professional communication skills, with the ability to effectively present results and reports to clients and team members required.
  • Experienced in building and managing professional relationships required.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annually 
  • Bonus Opportunity: 10% annually
  • Communication Allowance: $150 monthly
  • Wellness Benefit: $50 monthly
