Marketing Operations Specialist (Seoul, South Korea) 

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will support the most prominent Technology brands as a key member of the Marketing Strategy and Operations team in Korea, your role will involve providing crucial support to Product Marketing Managers in validating the successful delivery of campaigns to users and ensuring proper invoicing and documentation.

You will drive operational excellence and success for the team, including budgeting, headcount management, and marketing promotional strategies and campaign operations. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage marketing finance operations, ensuring validation of campaigns' Proof of Delivery (POD) and third-party invoices.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing teams and media agencies to execute marketing campaigns successfully.
  • Prepare necessary documents and communicate clearly with relevant stakeholders, driving operational excellence through a timely, detail-oriented, and structured approach.
  • Continuously enhance the marketing finance operation model for increased overall process efficiency and greater campaign impact.
  • Track and analyse campaign execution data from agencies, supporting the transformation of the marketing budget into a more enhanced marketing strategy for highly effective campaign management.
  • Constantly find opportunities to streamline, connect and simplify approvals, create best practices and share learnings. 
  • Manage and lead operations and efforts between multiple stakeholders - partner agency, client, and own teams. Facilitate a good feedback process for campaign workflow optimisation.

You:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency working on technology clients 
  • Experience with marketing operations across online and offline channels (e.g., website, mobile, retail stores, onsite promotional campaigns)
  • Ability to execute within timelines, with multiple stakeholders and reviewers, and the ability to deliver projects on time with high accuracy
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage diverse high-visibility priorities concurrently.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills and, fluent in Korean to support the projects spanning across Korea.
