We’re looking Marketing Operations Specialist to play a pivotal role in building our growth process, solution design and execute on bringing those processes to life. A successful candidate for this role will have a strong ability to work with stakeholders, understand business problems, and translate them into clear solutions. 

Responsibilities

  • SFDC & SFMC Expertise: We’re a lean team and everyone on the team pitches in to help with troubleshooting, solution design, and hands on keys work in SFMC.
  • Growth Management: Under the guidance of the Ops lead, continually monitor and optimize our lead and growth management flow, including scoring, enrichment, and other operational processes.
  • System Design: We have a robust tech stack, and you’ll need a strong understanding of how tools work together to ensure we make changes that don’t have unintended downstream impacts.
  • Campaign Design: Partner with demand gen stakeholders to ensure marketing campaigns are built and executed within best practice, ensuring we can measure and report out on business outcomes.
  • Troubleshooting: General management and troubleshooting within SFMC and across our greater tech stack.
  • Measures: Ensure that every relevant marketing activity is consistently and reliably tracked and measured.
  • Stakeholders: Develop key processes, documentation and provide any required training as it relates to the business processes and workflows to ensure proper usage and organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work Management: Maintain our current processes and continuously approve our daily work request management in Monday.com. 



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field with 3-5 years in marketing technology, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, SFMC, 6sense, Monday.com, and SQL ideal.
  • Experience planning and executing end-to-end tests.
  • Experience planning, designing, and translating business processes into system requirements, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to conceptualize and document complex business requirements, campaign structures, and data flow between automation platforms & CRM/system integrators.
  • Experience with and understanding of legal requirements surrounding global consumer data and privacy legislation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, which often requires the ability to effectively stakeholder while managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Ability to identify and handle issues proactively and decisively with limited direction and oversight while also communicating consistently to executive leadership.
  • Outstanding analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to articulate technical concepts to a wide range of constituents in a relatable and understandable manner
  • Affinity for teamwork-oriented culture and demonstrated willingness to roll up sleeves.
  • This is a REMOTE position, there may be 20% travel.
