Our Marketing Analytics & Operations team is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Operations Senior Specialist to join our dynamic Corporate Marketing group. We aim to create and execute compelling and integrated marketing campaigns that highlight how we are improving the lives of millions in the U.S. and around the world.
Role Overview
In this hybrid role based at our corporate headquarters in Reston, VA, you will play a critical role in developing and executing the marketing team's email programs and optimizing our efforts across the marketing department.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize the Marketo platform to support marketing campaigns, lead generation, and customer engagement activities. Ensure the platform is configured to meet business needs and best practices.
- Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns using Marketo and Knak, including email marketing, lead nurturing, segmentation, lead routing, and scoring strategies.
- Maintain and manage the marketing database, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and compliance with data protection regulations. Implement processes for data cleansing, enrichment, and segmentation.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and programs. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies and ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve marketing operations processes. Implement best practices and automation to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Provide training and support to marketing team members on the effective use of Marketo. Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in marketing automation and share knowledge with the team.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Marketo and marketing automation processes such as lead management and campaign management.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience working in a cross-functional organization supporting various business areas.
Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Knak
- Experience with CRM applications such as Dynamics or Salesforce
- Experience with MS365
Professional Skills
- Proven track record of creating multiple nurture tracks for different business areas.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder communications and share insights with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong project management and time management skills with the ability to multitask.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$72,402.00 - $123,084.00
