Hey YOU! Are you a self-motivated individual adept with Adobe platforms looking to make a significant impact on a major brand? Join our dynamic team as a Manager of Marketing Operations!
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual, passionate and knowledgeable on Adobe products that is excited about joining a Marketing Operations team. This role will be an integral part of the team by executing and managing our technology-based projects and processes for digital campaigns.
This individual will be expected to be well-versed in tools and technology enablement for the cross-functional team and assist with uncovering solutions hidden in ambiguity to increase efficiency and effectiveness for seamless delivery of services for our client.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION

  • Execute and manage the implementation of our tools and technology including Adobe products by conducting in-depth trainings and working sessions
  • Develop onboarding documentation and resources that are complimentary to the training programs for the cross-functional teams
  • Support the implementation and execution of technology to improve/enhance the delivery of products and services for our clients
  • Research and identify specific Adobe workshops, seminars, or certifications that will assist with the teams day-to-day execution and operations
  • Assist with the enablement of operations at scale and supporting automation initiatives
  • Support cross-functional implementation of tools and technology by actively collaborating and participating in operational workstreams and processes
  • In partnership with the department lead, develop solutions to drive smarter data driven, useful insights on how to optimize the business
  • Provide a fresh and unique perspective on existing processes while also developing new ways of working within the Marketing Operations team
  • Contribute to the evolution of our people, processes, tools, and technology
  • Facilitate clear communication channels across internal departments, as well as externally with the clients, working closely with the Account management team


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, information technology, business, or a related field is preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience working on Adobe products and platforms
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Journey Optimizer required
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience within the digital space, including web-based content management systems
  • Familiarity with project/task management tools such as JIRA, Airtable, CMS, is a plus
  • Experience with building out Adobe products use cases, processes, and workflows in-house and externally on the client side
  • Ability to build relationships within an organization to drive results is required
  • Proven ability to effectively articulate and communicate information and insights is required
  • Ability to work independently and self-manage time, prioritize tasks and projects, and execute on deliverables
  • Understanding of yield management and triaging roadblocks with problem solving skills to meet performance demands
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, manage & prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to escalate scope increase when necessary
