The Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Marketing Operations Manager to support our marketing team from India. This role will focus on optimizing our marketing operations, data management, and reporting to ensure efficient and effective execution of our marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of marketing systems, data analytics, and process improvement, as well as a collaborative approach to working with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Automation & CRM Management: Oversee marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot,) Campaign Platforms (Google Adwords, Linkedin, e-mail marketing and other 3rd party platforms) and CRM integrations (Salesforce), ensuring smooth lead management and campaign execution.

  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards to measure campaign performance, lead generation, and conversion metrics. Provide insights to improve marketing effectiveness.

  • Process Improvement: Streamline marketing workflows and identify opportunities for process automation, improving speed and accuracy across teams.

  • Global Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams in India and abroad, including Sales, Product, and Analytics, to align marketing strategies and coordinate lead handoffs.

  • Database & Segmentation Management: Manage the health and segmentation of the marketing database, including data cleansing, deduplication, and lead scoring to ensure high-quality data for targeting.

  • Campaign Operations: Support the demand generation team by building, testing, and launching campaigns, ensuring they meet quality standards and align with audience segmentation.

  • Tech Stack Management: Evaluate and recommend tools within the marketing technology stack. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for tool implementation and management.

  • Budget Coordination: Support budget planning, tracking, and reconciliation for marketing operations initiatives and tools.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.

  • Experience: 5-7 years in a marketing operations role, preferably with experience in a B2B or tech company in India, working with global teams.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (Hubspot), as well as data analytics (Google Analytics, Tableau).

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong quantitative skills with experience interpreting complex data and providing insights.

  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present insights to global stakeholders.

  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in data management.
