The Marketing Operations Manager plays a critical role in accelerating reach to patients by ensuring we have compliant and consistent marketing operations of key processes. This position requires consistent execution and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of systems and processes (including any training that may be needed for marketers) across core marketing operations workstreams (sampling, P2P, promotional material creation and destruction)
- Lead the compliant execution of ANZ Samples Operations, including facilitating sampling governance meetings, annual sampling planning across brands, reviewing any exceptions to annual sampling quotas, and reviewing sampling dashboard monthly to ensure compliant execution
- Lead the compliant execution of Speaker Management Process Implementation- establishing clear governance across business units for annual Peer-to-peer program planning, Speaker Utilization Management, and standard approach to executing programs across Lilly brands
- Facilitate compliant execution of promotional material destruction across all Lilly brands, including frequent monitoring of compliant execution
- Evaluate for simplification opportunities of relevant job aids and procedures
- Evaluate opportunities to improve and streamline promotional material creation- including moving to core claims document for each brand

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing
- Strong track record of project management and attention to detail
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Stakeholder management
- High learning agility and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities
Prior Knowledge or Experience:
- Process Management Experience
- Cross-functional partnering and influence
- Clear understanding of the promotional rules of engagement and how we communicate with our customers
