LDC Juices division produces, processes, and distributes citrus juices all over the world to a wide range of clients. Our clients are juice & beverage brands, private label co-packers, flavor houses, food ingredients makers, etc. The division is vertically integrated from the groves to our clients.
In March 2024, LSDH & Louis Dreyfus Company Juice launched in France and jointly with an industrial partner the chilled juice brand Montebelo Brasil. The brand values more than 35 years of farming activities in Brazil to build a sustainable citrus & juice business. The brand is currently listed in major French retailers. Other projects are currently in other geographies.

Job Description
Your missions:
Brand Activation:
- Budget, plan and execute marketing campaigns to accelerate performance
- Prepare monthly marketing reporting including brand performance (Circana) & marketing campaigns ROI
- Build and maintain strong relationship with project partners including marketing agencies
Strategic Marketing & Innovation:
- Bring market intelligence regarding trends, competitor activities & developments to the team
- Build the 5-year strategic growth plan of the brand
- Design the brand innovation plan within Chilled Juice category and beyond
Team & Management:
- Partner with the sales team to have a customer centric marketing strategy besides the consumer centric one
- Manage junior marketing talents and train them
International Expansion:
- Contribute to the international development of the brand with internal stakeholders & partners

Qualifications
Your profile:
Education:
- Business or engineering degree
Experience:
- At least 7 years of experience
- Marketing roles from strategic marketing & innovation to brand activation
- A Sales or Category Management experience
- Experience in a multinational and multicultural environment
- Entrepreneurial / intrapreunarial experience or mindset
Knowledge:
- Beverage, retail industry, ideally food & beverages
- Brand Strategy
- Brand activation & communication campaign
- Innovation plan & execution
- Market study, consumer insight
- French Grocery landscape
- Project management
Languages:
- English (fluent), French
- Optional: Italian, Chinese, Portuguese, or other language of a targeted market
